Rickett's Glen State Park, PA

Date: October 7, 2007

Length: about 7 miles

With: Dad

GPS Coordinates of region: TBD

This interesting vending machine was outside a convenience store where we picked up some sandwiches for lunch.

Rickett's Glen was a waterfall-lover's hike. You walk upstream past about 7 waterfalls, then across a flat bit, then back downstream to where you started, along a different set of waterfalls.

The rocks were pretty slippery.

Me & my dad. Note my so-called "waterproof" jacket.

We sheltered under this overhang to eat lunch. It poured during the entire hike... I'd never been so soggy.

A salamander or newt.

A very oddly shaped poplar leaf
